Life On board:

Life-together on board is easy, you only need to be tolerant and respectfull among each other, makes life on board nicer.

Route and itinerary to follow: the crew, that is us, will decide together with the captain which will be the route and itinerary, taking in mind the meteorology and forecast, sometimes the captain will make some changes if they are desirable.

Duty assignment: you don´t need to have any previous knowledge, we will all make everything together. Little by little you will learn how to handle with the boat, you will be sharing from the easiest and day to day duties (meals, buys, cleaning...) until the night navigation vigilance.

Meals: The meals are organized among the crew. What we will usually do, is to put together the same amount of money each of us to buy the food and to pay some other expenses (fuel and moorings). It is better to buy the food before we leave (once on board, it is usually more difficult and expensive).

Do not forget:

  • Use luggage that is NOT RIGID
  • Bring sheets
  • Sportshoes that do not have black sole and sandals
  • Rainingcoat and a pullover (for overnight trips)
  • Towel, toilet bag, sun glasses, hat or cup, sun lotion
  • goggles and snorkel, flippers, camera, music...

Life on board is going to bring you a maravellous experience, BUT, there are some limitations that we need to keep in mind, such us:

    • NWe cannot waste the water. The deposits have a limited capacity and while we are sailing they are not connected to any waternet. So be carefull with the showers.
    • Watch out the electric consumption, all our energy comes from the batteries on board.
    • The WC on board has nothing to do with the ones you are used to use at home. You can not throw anything into the WC because if so you will obstruct it and it will make the WC completely useless.
